What's the capacity

Our venue accommodates up to 92 guests and includes one elegant sofa and two accent chairs for additional seating.

Rates vary depending on the date, time, and type of event.

Nashua Luxe Events is fully food-friendly, so all outside food is welcome.

  • Guest may bring any type of food, including full meals, catering trays, appetizers, finger foods, desserts, cakes, cupcakes, candy, and sweet treats.

  • Complimentary infused water is provided for all guests.

  • Juices boxes are permitted for childred only.

 

All beverages — including bottled water, soda, and alcohol — are not permitted to be brought in and must be purchased through Nashua Luxe Events Bar Services.

Parking is available directly in front of our venue and along the sides of the building. Conveniently, the Elm Street Parking Garage is located right across the street from our venue.

Your Nashua Luxe Events booking comes fully equipped with the essentials:

  • Seating for up to 92 guests (black Chiavari chairs; we recommend 82 chairs + 8 tables for best layout)

  • Up to 9 tables — round or rectangular

  • Tablecloths — black or white, full-length

  • Professional bartender (4–6 hours, based on your event)

  • Up to 3 food tables (6 ft) with black linens

  • Full AC & heating

  • Security alarm system

  • Trash bins with liners

  • Infused water station

  • Lounge seating (sofa, 2 chairs, futon)

  • 2 high-top tables with covers

  • Green-leaf backdrop for photos
